Our small businesses and the delivery companies they work with are doing all they can to meet every delivery date. We ask for your understanding and patience at this unprecedented time - and know that by doing so you are truly supporting a small creative business.

Delivery Guide

Each product is sent to you directly by the small business that created, designed or selected it – our Partners. They choose their delivery options. Most products have the delivery cost included in the overall product cost. Paints have an additional shipping fee of £4.95 for orders under £100, shipping is free of charge for paint orders over £100.

* Multiple products of the same size from the same Partner won’t increase the delivery cost. Please check the total cost on the checkout page.

Please note that personalised, bespoke and made-to-order products can have a longer lead time - please discuss this with the designer.

Delivery times

If you want more information about a product that you’ve already ordered, please contact the designer by using the contact page. If you require further assistance please get in touch with us – we’ll be happy to assist.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens the Partner will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched, the Partner will be in touch again to let you know when to expect delivery.

Delivery and promotions

If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is applied only to the price of the product and not the delivery cost. Any free delivery offers refer to standard UK delivery only.

If a product is delivered free of charge this is clearly displayed on the checkout page.
